1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Bastet’s Shrine. By accessing our sanctuary at 21 Lower Kent Ridge Road or using our digital booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are curated specifically for the feline elite, and your use of our services constitutes a legal agreement to respect our house rules and safety protocols.

2. Service Policy & Feline Welfare

At Bastet’s Shrine, the safety of your companion is our paramount concern. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a risk to our staff or other residents. All cats must be up-to-date with their vaccinations as per Singapore pet safety standards. Owners are required to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or behavioral sensitivities prior to the grooming appointment.

• • Health Records: Digital proof of vaccination may be requested during booking.
• • Emergency Care: In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, you authorize Bastet’s Shrine to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Our grooming slots are carefully timed to ensure a tranquil environment. We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service value.

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices quoted on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We accept major credit cards, PayNow, and cash payments. Prices for specialized services such as Lion Cuts or intensive de-shedding treatments may vary based on the cat’s coat condition and temperament.
